This week we ran a Wood Flooring & Composite Decking Training Seminar at our showroom in Dunleer. There was a great response to the seminars with customers travelling from all corners of the country. During the seminars they got to share their experiences and increase their knowledge.

On hand to deliver an excellent program of training over the three days was our own Iain Wogan.  Iain was supported by our Area Sales Managers – Martin Sherlock, Colm Ryan and Michael Devlin. Collectively each group had decades of experience representing all sectors of the industry. Everyone exchanging tips, advice and customer experiences.

On completion each participant was presented with certificates to acknowledge their participation. Everyone received training on product specification, technical data, marketing and installation. Therefore increasing their knowledge and confidence in selling the products. For instance we can supply DOP’s for products on request.

It was great to get direct feedback on our current ranges and also discuss potential new product ideas. All achieved with our front line customers who are dealing with the trade and public on a daily basis.
